New Year's Eve / Valentine's Day Reservations

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations through any of the following methods:

• OpenTable app

• Phone: (506) 214-8259 (voicemail accepted)

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: For these high-demand occasions, 75.00 per guest will be charged to the card on file, and any deposit paid is non-refundable.

 

General Reservation Guidelines

• Confirm Your Booking: Ensure reservation details are up to date (number of guests, etc).

• Stay Connected for your Reservation.   Provide your cell phone number to receive reservation updates from IbN / OpenTable.

• Be Punctual: Please arrive on time. If you're running late, call us directly at 506.214.8259.

• Cancellations: Notify us as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other guests.

 

The Bustin Room (Private Dining for Up to 20 Guests)

• Seating: Up to 14 guests at square table, or multiple tables for up to 20 guests.

• Reservation Times: Weekends 4:45 - 5 PM or 7:30 - 7:45 PM.  Flexible weekday options

• Deposit: A $50 refundable deposit which is credited back the night of your reservation

• Late Cancellations / No Show: $50 per reserved guest +  deposit forfeited.

 

Main Dining Room - Large Groups  

• Seating: Multiple tables for optimal service.

• Reservation Times: 4:45–5:00 PM or 7:30–7:45 PM, with added flexibility Tue - Thur

• Refundable Deposit:

• 6 - 19 guests: 50.00

• 2 - 39 guests: 100.00

• 40 + guests 250.00 [excludes Buy-Out]

• All deposits are credited back to the card on file the night of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY NOTICE

*We require advance notice to avoid empty seats and revenue loss*

• Up to 10 guests: 48 hours

• 11 - 19 guests: 48 hours

• 20 - 39 guests 72 hours

• 40 + guests excluding a Buy-Out: 10 business days

• LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS: A 50.00 fee per reserved guest is applied to the credit card on file. Deposit forfeited

OUT-OF-TOWN GUEST RESERVATION POLICY

To ensure we can best serve all our guests, we require a credit card to confirm reservations for out-of-town visitors, regardless of party size.

We've experienced a high rate of no-shows from guests traveling from outside the area, which impacts our ability to accommodate other diners. A credit card on file helps us maintain availability for our community while holding your table with confidence.

Refundable Deposit: $25 per reservation, credited back to your card the night of your reservation
Cancellation Notice Required: 48 hours
No-Show Fee: $50 per reserved guest + deposit forfeited

RESTAURANT BUY-OUT

• Deposit: 2500.00 required at booking

• Cancellation Policy: 

1. 60+ days notice: Full deposit refunded​

2. 31-59 days notice: Deposit forfeited [2500.00]]

3. 30 days or less notice: Deposit forfeited + additional 2500.00 fee [ 5000.00 total]
