Large Party Deposit and Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

Help Us Have Your Table Prepared

 

  • Please confirm your reservation.

  • If your party size changes, please update your reservation accordingly.

  • To receive updates, provide your cell number when making your reservation. 

  • If you do not use a cell phone, please add your email.

  • Please note, your email will only be used for reservation updates.

  • Being punctual is greatly appreciated.

  • If running late, call the restaurant directly (506)214.8259

  • If needing to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other guests.

 

 

THE BUSTIN ROOM

FOR PRIVATE MEETINGS OR EVENTS

 

  • Seats up to 16 in a large square, making it convenient for conversations.

  • Can seat up to 20 with multiple tables (space to move about is limited).

  • On weekends we have two booking times: 5pm and 7:30 pm. We are able to accommodate reservations earlier than 5 and later than 7:30.

  • A REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve The Bustin Room. The $50 booking fee is refunded on the night of your reservation.

MAIN DINING ROOM / LARGE GROUP RESERVATIONS

  • Large groups in our main dining room may be seated at multiple tables, to allow easy interaction.

  • Unless otherwise advised, we seat large groups at 5pm or 7:30 pm. We can accommodate reservations earlier than 5 and later than 7:30 (when available)

  • A REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve for parties of 10 or more in the main dining room. The $50 booking fee is refunded on the night of your reservation.

  • Large booking from out of town guests may be required to provide a credit card to hold a reservation due to an increased number of no-shows over the years.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

  • We ask for 72 hours’ notice to cancel a reservation in the Bustin Room and for large bookings in our main dining room.

  • To cancel or modify your reservation, contact us at info@italianbynight.com or (506.214.8259) Tuesday -  Saturday. Please note, that we are NOT open on Sunday or Monday.

  • Last-minute cancellations and No Shows will be charged $50 per person to the credit card on file. Keep us informed of your booking needs so that we are able to work together to ensure a wonderful evening.

 

RESTAURANT BUY-OUT

Special Event and Reserving Entire Restaurant

  • A $2500.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • We kindly request a 60 DAY cancellation notice for a full deposit refund.
