Large Party Deposit and Cancellation Policy

IbN Large Group Reservations require deposit and cancellation fees due to limited Large Party seating capacity.

 

We ask our Large Party clients to cancel with us directly via phone (506)214.8259 or by email info@italianbynight.com An IbN team member will call or email you to acknowledge receipt of your cancellation message. This will serve as confirmation of receipt of your notice.

 

TO RECEIVE A DEPOSIT REFUND - CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED

GUEST SIZE    DEPOSIT    NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
11 – 24                 10.00 / pp         48 HOURS
25 – 50                 10.00 / pp         72 HOURS
51+                       10.00 / pp         14 DAYS 


RESTAURANT BUY-OUT (booking entire restaurant) requires 2500.00 at the time of  booking. We require 30 DAYS cancellation notice for deposit refund.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM requires 200.00 at the time of booking. We require    48 HOURS cancellation notice for deposit refund.

 

RESERVATION ETIQUETTE - help us have your table prepared 

 

  1. Confirm your reservation.

  2. Update your reservation if/when your party size changes.

  3. Use cell number for your reservation to receive updates.  If you do not use a cell phone please add your email. Please note, your email will only be used for reservation updates.

  1. Be on time.  If running late, call the restaurant directly (506)214.8259

  2. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible

  3. Plan ahead for special occasions – We are happy to assist!
