Large Party Deposit and Cancellation Policy

 

Reservations – Cancellations - No-Show Policy

General Reservation Guidelines

  • Confirm Your Booking: Ensure reservation details are up to date (number of guests, etc).

  • Stay Connected for your Reservation.   Provide your cell phone number to receive reservation updates from IbN / OpenTable.

  • Be Punctual: Please arrive on time. If you're running late, call us directly at 506.214.8259.

  • Cancellations: Notify us as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other guests.

 

The Bustin Room (Private Dining for Up to 20 Guests)

  • Seating: Large square table setup for up to 14 guests, or multiple tables for up to 20.

  • Reservation Times: Weekend bookings 4:45 PM or 7:30 PM.  Flexibility on weekdays.

  • Deposit: A $50 refundable deposit is required at booking time. The deposit is applied to your guest cheque on the night of the event.

  • Booking Private Room for the entire evening $150 fee – join us any time 4:45 onward. Refundable when cancelling 7 days prior to event date.

  • Cancellations / No Show: Cancellations require at least 7 days' notice.  Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of $50 per reserved guest, applied to the credit card on file.  No deposit refund.

 

Main Dining Room - Large Groups (6–10 Guests) (11 - 20 Guests) / (21 - 50)

  • Seating Arrangements: For larger groups, guests will be comfortably seated at multiple tables to enhance their experience and ensure seamless service.

  • Reservation Times: Preferred seating times are 4:45–5:00 PM or 7:30–7:45 PM, with added flexibility available on weekdays.

  • Deposit: A $50 refundable deposit is required for 6-20 guests & $100 for 21-50 guests.  Credit applied to guest cheque on the night of the event.

 

  • Cancellations / No-Shows: Notice of cancellation:  6-10 Guests – 3 days’ excluding event date. 11-50 Guests – 7 days' notice excluding event date. 

  • Late cancellations / No-shows will incur a charge of $50 per reserved guest, applied to the credit card on file.  No deposit refund.

RESTAURANT BUY-OUT - Special Event and Reserving Entire Restaurant


•    A $2,500 deposit is required to secure a restaurant buy-out at the time of booking.
•    Cancellation Policy: To receive a full deposit refund, cancellations must be made at least 60 days in advance. Cancellations with less than 60 days' notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
•    Additional Fees for late cancellations: If a reservation is cancelled with less than 60 days’ notice, an additional $2,500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file, for a total of $5,000.

Kindly note, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
