We have several role types

1. Front of House (FOH):  Bartending, Serving, Hostess, Server Assistant (Jr. Role)

2. Back of House (BOH):  Prep, Line Cook, Grill Cook, Pizza, Desserts, Dishwashing

For all our new hires, we train for the role, and at times we will cross-train team members for other functions in the same restaurant area.

All new team members are on a 90-day probationary period.  It's an excellent opportunity to ensure both parties are happy with the fit.  At times, we may extend the probationary period.
