Thank you for considering Italian by Night Trattoria for your special event! Our space offers the perfect setting for unforgettable celebrations. Here’s what you need to know to plan your private event with us:

What a Buyout Includes
A full restaurant buyout gives you exclusive access to our space for the day or evening.

  (Excludes Fridays unless by exception)

Timelines
Events must conclude by 11 PM due to our shared commercial and residential space.

What We Provide

• Exclusive use of our main dining space (excluding the Bustin Room)

• A dedicated professional team for service, coordination, and management

• Personalized menu planning with Chef Michelle and logistics managed by Elizabeth

• Restaurant setup, including linens, setup, and teardown

• Pre-event planning meetings (Zoom or in person)

• Single point of contact on-site during your event

What You Provide
Two weeks prior to your event, we’ll need:

• A guest list on an excel spreadsheet with:

  • Full names, food choices, and any allergies/preferences (e.g., vegetarian, celiac)

  • Indication of children’s meals if applicable

• Floor plan for assigned seating (6-10 guests per table – buy-out size dependant)

• Guest name placeholders, delivered two days before

• Any Spotify playlists (to be tested in advance)

• Details on live music, DJ or other vendor set-up (timing to be coordinated in advance)

Additional Details

• Deposit: 15% at booking (non-refundable within 60 days of the event)

• Cancellation policy:  For cancellations made within 14 days of the event (excluding the event day), an additional charge of 15% of the full buyout cost will be applied to the credit card on file.

• Payment: Due the day of the event (credit, debit, or cash)

• Scents: Please ask guests to avoid strong perfumes/colognes.

• Decor: External décor setup and teardown will be coordinated. Please, no adhesives, nails, or glue on walls.

• Food & Drinks: No outside food or beverages except professional wedding cakes.

• Guest Etiquette: For the safety and comfort of all, we reserve the right to remove disruptive guests.
